Restaurant Bonavista is situated in an old medioeval village which was declared a national historic monument in 1975 and 1977 in the Catalan region of Baix Empordá. The restaurant was founded in 1980 and is sitúate in the Gothic quarter of Pals village, just 100 yards from the Cala Pruna museum from which you can enjoy magnificent views of the Catalan Pyrenees, Ganigó an the beaches of Pals and Estartit. .
Our restaurant is in the Gothic Quarter of the village of Pals in the Baix Empordá region of Catalonia. Three important golf clubs, the Serres de Pals, Golf Play and Empordá Golf Club are really nearby.
SPECIALITIES
The restaurant specialises in a variety of rice dishes as Pals is well-known for its rice crops and every year between 1st Mach and 30th April we offer a special rice menu. The large outdoor terrace is open between 1st April and 30th September where we also offer a variety of meat dishes cooked on our open-air barbecue with an inclusive menu for children and adults, and a fully-stocked bar.
RESTAURANT
We offer a varied menu of freshly prepared food and a gamut of traditional local dishes such as Duck with peas, chicken with wild mushrooms and arros a la cassola ( rice casserole).
